Rates
Please refer to our above table for rates. This covers rental for a minimum period of 7 days usually
from Saturday to Friday, although there is flexibility on the start day.
Discounts
We offer a discount of 7.5% for a booking of 2 weeks or more.
Deposit
A deposit of £150.00 is payable to secure a reservation; the balance is payable within 4 weeks
of the start day of your stay. In addition we require a bond of £250.00 as security against any breakages or unforseen
events. This is returned to you at the end of your stay.
Payment
We accept payment in GBP Sterling or in Euro either by cheque or credit card through paypal (this
will incur a surcharge of 4% owing to Paypal charges). We shall confirm to you once we have received cleared funds.
Cancellation
Provided
we receive at least 2 months' written notice of cancellation before the date of occupation then no payment is due, otherwise
full payment for the stay is required.
