Landrover Malta Marathon
This is the biggest athletic event on the island,
attracting many international participants. Some run a full marathon, others a half marathon. The course follows some stunning
architectural sites, starting from the old historic capital of Mdina. More importantly it's all down hill from there, past
Verdala Palace once occupied by the Grand Master of the Knights, ultimately finishing in Sliema. This will be my first
marathon so check out my blog as the training starts in earnest in January!
